As a key member of our Solution Enablement team, you’ll work directly with clients to uncover business challenges, translate complex needs into scalable solutions, and ensure our platform delivers measurable value at every stage of the customer journey. Role Description
- Facilitate solution sessions with customers, bringing required insurance acumen and software subject matter expertise.
- Collaborate with customers in a consultative capacity to elicit, analyze and document business requirements, including documenting workflows, specifications, use cases, etc.
- Identify task level breakdown and estimate overall level of effort.
- Independently complete design and configuration activities (e.g., rating algorithms, forms, business rules) within the platform.
- Functionally test the application prior to release; validating requirements are appropriately addressed.
- Deliver end-user training, including creation of training documentation.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, including acting as a liaison with the development and quality assurance teams.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in Property and Casualty insurance industry software support, implementation, customer management, and/or strategic consulting; Strong familiarity with underwriting, claims or policy management
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with a keen ability to tailor crisp messaging based on audience demographic; Strong ability to facilitate group dialogues effectively.
- Expert level experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Visio.
- Strong familiarity with AI driven business analysis and software development methodologies and tools; Experience with JIRA, TFS is a plus.
- Intellectual curiosity with excellent problem-solving skills; Ability to disaggregate complex problems into component parts, analyzing and presenting solutions crisply.
- Excellent listening skills, with an ability to listen for cues that impact internal and external outcomes.
- A track record of working collaboratively with other functional areas across the organization, including Sales, Development, Support, etc.; Team player.
- Experience working and thriving in a matrixed, results-oriented, company culture.
- Ability to work independently with strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize.
- A passion for leading with integrity and delivering results.
- Insurance certifications are a plus, including CPCU, CBAP, ACE, etc.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise accounts or complex stakeholder environments
- Bachelor’s degree required; Certifications are a plus
